  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of unboxing.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order before packaging by contacting our support team.

  • After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellations are not possible.
